This privacy policy governs how 4D Sight, Inc. (“Company”) collects, receives, processes and stores Personal Information about users in connection with: (i) the Company software platform and related services (“Company Platform and Services”) and (ii) the website www.4dsight.com and other websites operated by the Company (each a “Site”). The Company Services and Sites are collectively referred to as the “Services.”

You authorize us to use Personal Information, Log Data, Payment Data and information collected from Cookies and Behavioral Remarketing (collectively, the “Information”) for the purpose of providing the Services, identifying and communicating with you, responding to your requests/inquiries and customer support, informing you about our Services and new offerings, soliciting your feedback and improving our Services, processing payments, processing the Information for security, safety and dispute resolution procedures and general business operations. We are based in the United States and, regardless of where you use our Service, the information collected as part of that use will be transferred to and maintained on servers located in the United States. Company complies with the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss-US Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the US Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information from European Union member countries and Switzerland transferred to the United States pursuant to Privacy Shield.
