4D Sight continuously updates offerings and reserves the right to correct errors without notice. The company cannot guarantee accuracy or completeness of information on the service.
Users are responsible for content they post. The service has community guidelines prohibiting unlawful content, copyright infringement, hate speech, harassment, fraud promotion, and automated access without permission.
4D Sight may review and reject content at its discretion and can terminate accounts for violations. Users retain rights to their content but grant the company “a non-exclusive, royalty-free, freely sublicensable, irrevocable, perpetual” license to use it.

Copyright owners must provide written notification including an electronic signature, description of the copyrighted work, location of infringing material, contact information, and a good-faith statement made under penalty of perjury.
Company content is exclusive property protected by copyright and trademark laws. Users cannot sell, modify, or commercially distribute company content.
4D Sight is not responsible for third-party websites or services linked from the platform.
The company may terminate accounts immediately without notice for any reason. Users may discontinue service anytime.
Users agree to defend and hold harmless 4D Sight from claims arising from misuse, breaches, or violations of third-party rights.
The company is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Direct damages are limited to amounts paid within three months or $100, whichever is less.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. 4D Sight does not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or virus-free content.
Users accessing the service outside the US do so at their own risk and are responsible for jurisdictional compliance.
Terms are governed by California law. Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, not class actions or jury trials.

4D Sight reserves the right to modify terms with 30 days’ notice for material changes. Continued use indicates acceptance.
